RUN 150 FINAL POINT TOTALS – updated as of November 12, 2020
This program is part of Manitoba’s 150th Anniversary Celebration, offered by the Manitoba Runners’ Association (MRA) and funded by the Manitoba 150 Host Committee Inc. and the Celebrate 150 Program. The purpose of this program is to engage people from all walks of life throughout the Province of Manitoba in walking, running or wheeling for their physical and mental well-being. No special equipment is required and if they wish, participants can organize their own local events in order to share the uniqueness of their community with others. Everyone is welcome to participate! Earn points at eligible events-anyone reaching 150 points will win a unique medal! You do not have to be an MRA member to take part; however MRA membership includes a discount on entry fees at most of our sanctioned events! Sign up here now!

All of the events on the 2020 MRA Race Calendar that provide placings are eligible to earn points. Download a copy of the 2020 MRA Race Calendar (updated September 10, 2020), sign up for the events that interest you and earn 15 points for each event held within the Winnipeg area and 30 points for each event held outside of the Perimeter Highway. No need to submit your results-they will be credited automatically once you have completed the event. ANY SANCTIONED EVENT THAT HOLDS A VIRTUAL OPTION INSTEAD OF ITS LIVE EVENT WILL EARN 15 POINTS. Please visit the event’s race page on our website for more information regarding registration and submitting your results.

**Points earned at events completed prior to registration will be awarded retroactively**
You can also complete up to 8 virtual runs (5k minimum distance) worth 15 points each. These can be your own training runs or organized virtual runs. Completion will be verified through the running app of your choice (such as Strava, Runkeeper, Garmin, etc.). Simply send verification (URL address) of your run/walk/wheel, once completed, along with your Run 150 membership number (found in your confirmation email from Race Roster). Complete one virtual run/walk/wheel per month between February 1 and November 10, 2020, submit the attached Google Form and you will be awarded your points.
Youth members (ages 16 and under) can complete up to 8 virtual runs of 1k minimum distance worth 15 points each. Families that wish to run together can submit one Google Form with the one URL of the run. Please include the names of all members of the family that completed the run on the form.
Other virtual runs may be added throughout the year to help you attain your 150 points. You will be notified by email of these additions and how you can submit them.
