In the spirit of reconciliation and awareness, the Manitoba Runners’ Association (MRA) has developed a series of runs in a number of Indigenous communities.
The MRA is partnering with various Indigenous communities throughout Manitoba to recognize existing events & Treaty Day runs. We also hope to collaborate with other community organizers in the future, to help them grow their capacity to plan their own events.
The MRA will provide a beautiful and unique medal to any participant completing two or more of the events in the Series. This Series is open to people of all backgrounds, both Indigenous and others.
