Types of runs and walks are paved Trail. Average age is 40 to 70, but all ages are welcome. 
 
Walkers 3 to 7 km; Runners 4 to 8 km or more; Paces 6:30 min/km to 9:00 min/km

SUMMER/ FALL RUNNING- 2025
The Hypo Half was the last winter run. We will now start our summer/fall training Sunday, March 2, 0900h, Kenaston Running Room. 
Maps will be posted on the Kenaston Running Room Run Club FB site.      
 
We will have training programs for the 5k, 10k, half marathon and full marathon. All runners are welcome. Some runners are fast. Some not. Everyone will have a running partner to accompany them. We also have a division for walkers.
 
We will be training for the WPS Half, the various races in Fargo and the various distances on Manitoba Marathon Day.
 
There is no fee to join. No lawyerly contract to sign. Come run for the sheer fun of it. Give it a try and maybe you will love it!
