We’re having TRACKtastic again in 2024!
If you’re not familiar with this event, it involves a mixture of fun and serious events designed to overcome the anxiety of competing on a track, while introducing some of the fundamentals of competing in a track event.
Most importantly, we’re celebrating runners of all levels, rooting for one another and having a blast at the track!

Events:
RUNNING EVENTS
- THE PREDICTION MILE: No watch; no clock. The winner is the one with the closest pre-race estimate of their finishing time! All ages welcome!
- KID’S RACE: 150m for ages 16 and under.
- ALL-OUT 400m: A Classic. And you bet we’re celebrating the runner with the most style as much as we do the one who tackles the distance the fastest! All ages welcome!
- WORLD’S SLOWEST 100m: Molly Seidel challenged us all to the mile, but we don’t have all day! So how slow can you run 100m? There are rules! All ages welcome!
- AGE-GRADED 800m: Leveling the playing field across the ages. How does your speed stack up against the crowd? We’re putting the World Masters Athletics age grading calculator to use to find out! Open to ages 35 and up.
- 4 X 400m RELAY: Rounding out the day with a track meet classic. Grab your running friends and see how quickly you can get that baton around the track! Mixed (men & women) teams of all ages!
- ATHLETIC BREWERY BEER MILE: Open to 18 years of age and up. We will supply the non-alcoholic beer. Belly up to the start line!
FIELD EVENTS
- STANDING LONG JUMP: How far can you jump on two feet from a standstill? All ages welcome!
- LONGEST BALL THROW: Be a kid again and see how far you can throw a softball. All ages welcome!
